The two swing doors almirah in pink color was constructed of 0.7mm steel sheet before painting, ideal for army, home bedroom, changing room, living room etc. Doors was covered in four sides, which added rigidity on the doors, outside with one pair of WANTTONG 9793 lock and two small mirrors, inside with two hooks, two hangers, four removable enhanced weighing shelves, bottom with four adjusters.

Manufacturer Process：
1. cutting: According to the design-drawings,the steel sheets are cut into the different sizes by the high-accuracy machines, without error and burrs.
2. pressing: The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the standard and flowline production,which assure the production efficiency and quality.
3. Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear lines and perfect appearance.
4. welding: Locate work pieces into the fixed mould, firmly weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding and then conduct slag removing and polishing.
5. Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through 13 treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing , phosphating etc. The importing automatic sprayfacilities and top-quality powder promise the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic and smell.
6. Installation: To ensure the firmness of every screw, the installaion work shop adopts pneumatic tools to conduct mass and flowline production.
7. Packing and storage: Strict and special testing before packing and storage to make sure the percentage of the pass.
