Process: This customer is really a story that made us to know no matter how hard the things were, we would solve it by team work.

The customer came to Luoyang to see his samples in other three factories, and also a compeititor flyed to luoyang from guangzhou with her boss. You can see how strict and importatnt this customer is. But because some of reasons that some factories made wrong samples or the quality is not good or the factory ablitiy is not acceptable. At that time, just our salesgirl sent customer one email in the morning, and customer told he was in Luoyang and complained everything is disappointed. We met customers and asked customer give us one night, we can produce the samples what he wanted, he did not believe we could do it but gave us an chance. We worked all night and showed the samples, customer were shocked and then we drove very very fast to send off customer to airplane, our professionality and team work and factory ability persuaded him and we got the order finally. And yes, everything goes well until now, he became one of our biggest customers.
